Queensland Government's COVID-19 traffic light advice is currently at green status. Green (baseline) means there are low rates of community transmission and Queensland is not in a COVID-19 wave.​

When travelling on a train or while waiting at one of our railway stations, please consider the following:

  • ​It's recommended that you wear a mask if required by a healthcare provider, venue, or household
  • Respect everyone's individual choice to wear a mask
  • Maintain good hand hygiene and wash your hands often with soap and water
  • Use hand sanitiser
  • Customer hygiene packs are available on board and include a face mask and hand sanitiser.

We are operating with cashless transactions at our check-in counters and stations. We accept credit and debit card payments only. EPTPOS machines are wiped down on a regular basis.​
